TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prior to AYHTE acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. AYHTE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from AYHTE, for any reason whatsoever. AYHTE reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, AYHTE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, AYHTE will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
All features, specifications, products, prices of products and services, discounts, promotions and offers described on our Services are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Services are quoted in CAD dollars.
AYHTE reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within or outside of the Canada. Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax will be added by AYHTE as necessary
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
RETURNS
Note that it is not possible to return items purchased online to any of our stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not, below are the steps to return a product.
STEP 1
Simply fill in our contact form through the CONTACT US section with your order number.
Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
STEP 2
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
STEP 3
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery.
We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by your zone's postal service or any other courier that is used.
STEP 4
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
STEP 5
Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) will be refunded by AYHTE as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation)
